They're so rude, I was at home all day waiting for the package, I literally didn't go anywhere, then suddenly I got a notification that the package couldn't be delivered because I wasn't there, wtf bro, they were literally lazy couriers, they didn't ring the doorbell, then suddenly they said I wasn't at home. even though I didn't go out of the house because I was waiting for them.

They are extremely unreliable always changing delivery dates because of problems.

I have ordered several items through Amazon that where Chronopost.fr were the delivery company. Generally things arrive, however, there have been at least three occasions where the items were not delivered on the day and I’ve been sent a message saying it was a failed delivery. This normally says either I wasn’t there or the ‘one time password’ was not available. On two other occasions they have said an item has been delivered. These are complete fabrications. It seems that instead of owning up to their poor delivery service they lie so the driver doesn’t take the blame. Not what I would call great customer service!

Very disappointed. We paid 84 euro to deliver chocolates for Christmas to the UK and conveniently deposited having 2 numbers that are meant to be tracking the parcel, nobody seems to be able to find it. And considering we apparently don't have the right number we can't claim even on the insurance we paid for. So conveniently not only did you not deliver the parcel, you claim its impossible to track the parcel despite asking for all our personal information. Im beyond disappointed as other parcels were perfectly delivered and conveniently the dance chocolates where not, makes me wonder if we can trust the system of if someone stole them.
