GBGBFirstly let me say I normally have no problems with CPS oil deliveries at all, and in the scheme of things, this is only a minor issue - however.I ordered and paid up front for 500 ltrs, but for some reason only known to the driver, he only delivered 499 even though there was still plenty of space in my tank.Out of principle, I phoned CPS asking for a refund and whilst it is only a few pence, if they do/did this on every delivery, it would soon add up to a nice little profit.I was in fairness advised that a refund would be credited to my credit card - however over a week later and still no show.As I say, it's only a matter of a few pence but the principle is what matters to me, as working for an airline, if i'm paid to take you from A to B, and drop you off just short of B, we all know how people would feel.Come on CPS, firstly take this up with the driver as to why he didn't deliver what he was supposed to, and secondly, please send my due refund.
