It has now been 16 days, and I am still waiting for the refund.On top of this, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my refund. Without communication, it is impossible to know if any action is being taken.Based on this experience, I am hesitant to use your services in the future, and I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting timely refunds.I request that you process my refund immediately and provide a confirmation of the same.Thank you.
