I got half my order , the worst website ever! Can't review my order Do not order ,at CVS website @
Consistently bad service at this CVS pharmacy location. Pickup is particularly unhappy with long waits and unmotivated, even rude, staff. After several bad experiences, I transferred prescription across the street to Publix pharmacy where service was quick and friendly.
I'm writing a review on the CVS Pharmacy located at 1700 Milton Ave, Janesville, Wi . This review has been along time coming. I'm am so tired of being treated so disrespectful by everyone in the Pharmacy including the Pharmacist. The minute I get to the counter to pickup my prescriptions the worker has a smug look on her face. No smile no how can I help you etc... Phone calls frequently go unanswered regardless of the time of day . I have to leave name & number and pray i get a phone call back. When calls are answered, staff responses are often rude and unhelpful. Patients are being informed that prescriptions are “not available,” when in reality the medication is either out of stock or a prior authorization is required. The other day I went to pick up prescription that was filled incorrectly the lady at desk said was resolved I looked at it and it was never fixed I advise her this was still incorrect she had a attitude from the start never said a word 10 minutes later said come back AGAIN later will have to fix the order. I'm am just so tired of CVS pharmacy thinking I owe them something. I mean everytime it's just crazy how rude they are everyone of them. I've been going to this location for over 10 years ( Only because this is the pharmacy my insurance states I HAVE TO USE )and it's definitely at its worst . Obviously I'm not only one who feels this way almost every review 99.9% states the same thing. 1.5 rating that should tell you something. I wonder how corporate would feel about the way CVS pharmacy treats people Obviously all different stores in different states have same issues. Treat people with respect & put a smile on your face when greeting customers your there to help us it's your job! I used the day I was last at CVS for this review but this is an everytime occurrence. This review is from my husband M.P. and myself C.P. both treated with no respect & definitely no customer service.
THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH HAS NOT CARRIED 1 LITRE AND 2 LITRE BOTTLES OF DIET COKE FOR WELL OVER A MONTH. APPARENTLY NOTHING IS BEING DONE BY CVS MANAGEMENT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE CVS EMPLOYEES I ASKED SAY THAT PEPSI CO. IS THE DIET COKE SUPPLIER, SO WHY ISN'T CVS STORE MANAGEMENT TALKING TO THE SUPPLIER? I RECENTLY BOUGHT DIET COKE AT WALGREENS AND A CVS STORE ON SEPULVEDA BLVD. IN MANHATTAN BEACH, BUT WHY ISN'T THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH GETTING LARGE BOTTLES OF DIET COKE? ALSO TROUBLING IS THAT THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH HAS NOT GOTTEN A SHIPMENT SINCE LAST NOVEMBER OF ITS OWN BRAND OF B-12 5000 MCG DISSOLVING VITAMINS. POOR MANAGEMENT? ALSO TROUBLING IS THAT THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH IS REDUCING EMPLOYEE HOURS, RESULTING IN SOME EMPLOYEES I REALLY LIKE TRANSFERRING TO OTHER STORES. SAD & TERRIBLE! I RECENTLY CALLED THE CVS CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER IN RHODE ISLAND, ONLY TO FIND THAT CVS CEO DAVID JOYNER'S NAME IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE HIDEOUS CVS PHONE BOT. IT APPEARS THAT CVS CEO DAVID JOYNER'S NAME HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE LIST OF COMPANY EXECUTIVES THAT CVS CUSTOMERS CAN CALL, AND EMAILING DAVID JOYNER IS - FROM MY EXPERIENCE - A FUTILE UNDERTAKING. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH CVS CORPORATION AND ITS 1570 ROSECRANS AVENUE STORE? GOING, GOING, GONE...???
