GBGBWe received at total of 16 emails for a mere 2-night stay at this place. It became excessive and very annoying! For example, even before we arrived, we received an email asking us how our check-in experience was; and the same with check-out. Some emails even had two separate messages within it! And we were bombarded with requests for feedback.
DEDEBuchung und Aufenthalt über Dancenter waren insgesamt gut und problemlos.Sehr enttäuschend war jedoch der Kundenservice im Nachgang: Es wurden aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigte Entsorgungskosten berechnet, unter anderem für Blumen, die vom Anbieter selbst in der Unterkunft platziert wurden.Statt einer fairen Klärung wurde lediglich ein minimaler Nachlass angeboten und frühzeitig mit Inkasso gedroht. Dieses Vorgehen ist nicht kundenorientiert.Fazit: Unterkunft gut, Service schlecht – deutlicher Punktabzug./The booking process and the stay itself were generally good and without issues.Unfortunately, the after-sales service was very disappointing. Waste disposal fees were charged that I consider unjustified, including for flowers placed in the accommodation by the provider.Instead of a fair solution, only a minimal discount was offered and the situation was quickly escalated with references to debt collection. This is not customer-friendly.Conclusion: Good stay, poor service – significant deduction in rating.
DKDKThis place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The terrace was our favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee, and the nearby nature paths were wonderful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free holiday.
