Very helpful and patient. Lots of choices for different budgets. The time to deliver was good as well. I am happy to have the kitchen.
Really terrible service! To avoid by all means! We ordered wardrobe in February 2023 (had to pay in full for it), they did the wrong measurements and terribly installed it (not straight rails, the wardrobes sticks out in the doorway, damaged parts inside the wardrobe). Their quality expert confirmed all the mistakes in the report on May 17th, they promised the new installation in 8 weeks. After that no response, no confirmation for months until we went to the store. Promised new installation in the beginning of August. They delivered incorrect parts, had to reorder again, did it again wrong... (we had to measure and send pictures by ourselves). They promised to deliver on October 2, then changed it to October 23 and installation on October 24. The delivery didn't arrive, so installation didn't happen AGAIN. Now the new promised date is November 13th... (7 month after full payment and initial promised installation date). It's a joke company, really terrible, just makes promises but doesn't care any responsibilities. It has been such a nightmare, lots of calls, emails, getting back to the store, so much time wasted and lots of stress. Stay away! The price is also not cheaper than other Belgian furniture makers but definitely would be faster and more reliable somewhere else!
A first impression rather good, but... when it comes to reality, you may get problems. First - it took too much time and efforts to draft the final project. The factory is totally inflexible - they only can do a little for you, so you have to adapt your requirements to their possibilities. However, the worse was that the final solution does NOT correspond to one you SIGNED and ORDERED. In our case, we ordered two-side soft close system for the sliding doors. Everything was documented, signed and, of course, calculated into the price. However, upon delivery it has been discovered that only one side of the door was equipped with the soft close system. I was surprised that in the "copie monteur" only one side was equipped with the device, meaning that the factory got an order, which was initially not correct! I tried to contact the shop several times, but haven't received any positive response so far. So, this was my first (and the last) experience with EGGO. UPDATE 14/09/2023: I've got a phone call from the "service cilents" saying that the missing parts should be ordered. However, what I expected from EGGO so far (apart from apologies, which have not even been expressed!) - is the concrete date when I can get what I ordered. UPDATE 18/10/2023: one month gone, nothing has changed, one star off.
