GBGBCavity wall insulation was carried out at my property in 2024 and I was given no paperwork or guarentees for this work. Energy pig have been contacted repeatedly since then and have simply stopped replying.I would not recommend this company for any works at all.Edit to response below: not an oversight, energy pig stopped responding to the octopus insulation partnership team as detailed below, I cannot include a photo of the email but the response from Octopus who appointed energy pig states 'I am writing to provide an update on your Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) complaint and the outstanding guarantee for the works completed by Energy Pig. I want to reassure you that Octopus has not been ignoring your case. We have been in contact with Energy Pig, and we have even attempted to arrange an independent guarantee for your insulation works however Energy Pig has now stopped responding to our partnership manager'
Boiler service arranged. Arash arrived on time. Polite and friendly. Service completed, no mess, answered a few questions I had. Hopefully see you same time next year.
Have no complaints whatsoever did a great job I'm based in Ravenstruther took the guys hour and half to get hear came on time insulated cieling bords then plasterd over them and cleaned up after them the guys were really polite and you could see they were proud of their work they done so I would say I would 100% recommend this company
Many thanks to Craig for sorting out heat pump issue. Explained fully what had happened & how to help prevent it happening again & what to do if it did. Nothing was too much trouble & I would highly recommend him.
