Why am i not still refunded for the concert that was cancelled months ago!!! Hallooo!!!

Extremely disappointing customer service and complete lack of accountability I had a very frustrating experience with EVENTIM. After an event I booked tickets for was rescheduled to an earlier time, attending became impossible for me due to family and childcare obligations. This situation was caused by the rescheduling — not by me. I contacted EVENTIM multiple times, explained my situation clearly and in detail, and asked for a solution or at least a clear answer. What I received instead were generic copy-paste responses, links to help pages, and eventually no response at all. My follow-up messages were simply ignored until the event had already taken place, making any resolution impossible. What disappointed me the most was not even the lack of a refund, but the way I was treated as a customer: no individual consideration, no ownership of the issue, and no basic communication. Being ignored entirely is unacceptable for a company that handles paid bookings. Based on this experience, I will strongly advise friends, family, and colleagues to think twice before booking tickets through EVENTIM. If something goes wrong, do not expect real support. Very poor customer handling and a huge loss of trust.
I ordered the tickets from Australia…English translation was missing. I am not sure about my purchase…still haven’t got my tickets to the event
⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible customer service despite long-term loyalty I’ve been a long-time Eventim customer, spending around €3,150 on tickets in 2025 alone. I accidentally booked Night of the Proms for 11 Dec 2026 but needed 12 Dec 2026. Tickets for the 12th were still available, yet my request for a date change (not a refund) was refused. Yeah mistake fro my side but this can happen and a little service would be nice, never again where possible I spent 20–30 minutes in the helpline with no agent, then tried the order hotline, which also couldn’t help. I already have another Eventim event (Herrenmagazin) on the 11th, making attendance impossible. For a market leader, this lack of customer service is unacceptable. I will avoid Eventim where possible.
