Delivery attempts - NONE Contact via email from the courier - NONE Contact via phone from the courier - NONE Contact via post from the courier - NONE I have no address, no contact info - NOTHING WHATSOEVER from this courier. I would not know where to pick it up or what info to provide. NOTHING. There is NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER OR FACILITATE DELIVERY Reach out to the company and I am given an email contact in the wrong country. Reach out to a new contact and I receive a reply that they will investigate and get back within 48 hours. 10 days ago. The policy is after 30 days I cannot have a refund. This is clearly a scam with delay tactics to push past the date and hope I will forget or fail to contact my credit card and reverse the charges as it is an order which is not fulfilled. There is no attempt to fulfill it, nothing at all. Beware total scam from Czechia.
