Recommended by a friend during to the selection of items without the hassle of going to different stores. Two types of sales people , one followed us around the store the other ignored our questions. Was told by one to take tags to till and to be able to take small items today, till operative said that wasn't possible as they were display stock despite other being displayed 🤷♀️. Shame missed out on a quick sale!
Leigh on sea store used .. Sofa was paid for and delivered by lunchtime the very next day ! Transaction in store smooth and easy , Delivery was hours earlier than expected! Delivery staff friendly and efficient. Bought the sofa after appalling experience with dfs which left me without sofa for Christmas ! If only I had gone here first ! This sofa is so much nicer too ! Thrilled to bits with it! Will definitely recommend.
Service was prompt,very professional and the delivery guys were very kind and caring. They delivered and made sure to assemble my sofa and ensured that I understand the way it works and I was happy with everything. They made sure to tidy up afterwards.
Very happy with our new bed from furniture outlet. Delivery was quick and they prioritised us as the first delivery due to an afternoon dentist appointment, as promised. Unfortunately, we don’t have the delivery man’s name, but he was great. He delivered and fit our bed solo due to a colleague off sick, he was very friendly and professional.
