Good value for money for 2 standard roses delivery was as advised and the plants were well packed. Obviously it remains to be seen how good they are but see no reason that they shouldn't be good except for the current heat.

Dreadful service. The order confirmation stated the order would be despatched within 10 working days. Now on working day 15 and have to wait another 4 days before I get delivery - a total of 23 days from when I ordered. No help or recompense from customer service. Their solution 'we can cancel and refund'. A gesture of a free plant would have helped ease the situation. Do not use they don't deserve your business...I am still to see the quality of the plants, not holding out much hope!

Misleading delivery information. I ordered based on the advertised 5–10 working day delivery time. Today is the 10th working day, and my order has still not been dispatched. Customer service simply said they are busy and that delivery may take 10–15 working days instead. This is unacceptable. Customers should be given accurate delivery estimates before ordering, not after they have paid. Very disappointing experience.

This was my first purchase. Recommended by a friend. Good communication. The plant are very good, healthy. They were safely delivered. I would buy again.
