I was shopping in Glasgow St Rollox today and couldn’t find something. I was helped out by the excellent Graham . He was ever so friendly and helpful. He has excellent communication skills.
Gloucester peel center store allows begging at the entrance to their store who can be nasty to passers by and customers leaving the store.
Love to shop at Home Bargains and normally staff are helpful and friendly, but I was spoken to by muck by a member of staff in Blaydon branch. They had taken all the trolleys back into the store and I had to walk all the way back round to drop it off, i asked if I could go out the entrance or did I have to walk all the way back round and he just pointed aggressively and abruptly and said go back round, he was totally rude, a middle aged man, dark hair, greying and a beard. I know some customers can be rude, but so can staff. If you dont like people, dont work in a customer facing job. Put me in a right bad fettle!
Home Bargains 2 minutes away- disappointing . I have watched programs on YouTube about Home Bargains and had high hopes for it , expecting to maybe substitute for Aldi . Open entering the shop there was a lot of Whey protein products , far too many . But then half way through the shop the same again ! We were looking foe picture frames , expected it to be a bit like Dunhelm , but it was so disappointing. Not going back there again I’m afraid .
