Very trusted website.Good deals and good customer service and good website💪🏼👍👍👍
Dear .... I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a distressing experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. On the 15th I was stuck in one of your elevators,. The situation was incredibly frightening, and it took nearly an hour for the staff to safely extricate me from the elevator. As you can imagine, this caused significant anxiety, particularly for my children, who were understandably scared. Additionally, I have asthma, and being trapped in such a confined space for an extended period caused me considerable distress. Thankfully, I am fine now, but this experience has left me shaken. I would like to understand how this incident occurred, as well as what steps your hotel is taking to ensure the safety and well-being of future guests. I am hoping that you will be able to offer an explanation and any form of compensation for the distress caused to my family and me. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. I look forward to your prompt response.
If you have a voucher please spend it immediately. When it expires you will lose all its value. Hotelspecials will say they are sorry, but your money will be gone…. Edit: I am adding this reply to comment on the reply from HotelSpecials. This is exactly as I explained. Imagine someone presenting you a gift for your wedding, anniversary, your child’s birth, etc. and tells you: “Please note that this gift is only valid for one year. After that it is worth nothing”, how happy would you be? I know people don’t like to give money, but they shouldn’t. Money retains its value. You can argue about inflation, but this is also the case for a voucher. My advice:”Don’t buy vouchers. They have no added value.”
