My first time buying with J Parkers. Worst I have had from on line sellers.I ordered a Fragrant Jasmine Officinale and Climbing Rose, their sales person also convinced me to buy some Allium Millenium.All items were very poor. The Jasmine was half dead, nothing remotely like that advertised. The rose was completely dried out and stems looked dead. It was a bare root, but when I have bought bare root from other suppliers they have had a look of life about them.I wrote to customer service who advised they would get back to me in two days, now been four days and no response.
Order number 22994204I’m also having to come on here as I also haven’t had any response other than the generic automated response when I sent my email to the email address given to me by the customer service man when I phoned in on Monday.It was a detailed email with pictures supplied as two of the Baby dwarf Buddleia plants that looked dead when they arrived on 7th February in a dormant state have not come out of the dormant state when the other 3 plants supplied have now, the other 3 plants you could see were fine on arrival.So I need a response as to what you intend to do and whether I will ever buy plants from J Parker’s again will rest on how this is dealt with.
One rose significantly smaller than other three. I purchased four bare rooted roses. This would have been five stars but one of the roses was much smaller than the other three and had a broken branch.
