GBGBBe careful with this company. When I missed my renewal by just 24 hours, and despite being a "family brand," they showed zero empathy or flexibility.They admitted they don't send renewal reminders, seemingly relying on busy parents forgetting the date so they can lock you into another year of fees. Hiding behind T&Cs to keep money for a service that isn't wanted is predatory.Avoid unless you want to spend your time fighting for a refund.
GBGBAvoid!! I signed up for what I thought was £1 for 10 days. They have now charged me £3.99 for a monthly subscription service that I didn't want or will use. Customer service are useless and will not help you. They basically make money by conning people. 13% 1 star reviews says it all really. I wish I had checked the reviews before trusting the company!
GBGBAppalling. Website glitches cause money to be incorrectly taken from your bank account, then you have to stressfully fight for it back with threat of small claims court required to gain resolution. 'Chloe' on the administration team is clearly not great at her job, but proceededing with actions and talking to you as if stupid (then you having to exhaustingly correct her!) The passes are also mis-advertised. Claiming to be valid for Flipout, but within the small print and reality, they're only valid for a handful of venues/ no where near you. Absolute shambles.
