I was getting a cataract done and was anxious. I needn’t have been. All the staff were wonderful especially the anaesthetist and the surgeon, Mr Asif Orakzai. Everything was explained to me and that helped me to relax before the surgery. When I get my second cataract done, I won’t be anxious.
Dr Elliot was excellent as well as the rest of the staff that I encountered my only downside was the exorbitant cost of the injection that I received
The receptionist was abrupt. I was put in a room where I was told to wait for approx 15 mins. I sat for an hour and no one came in to tell me what was happening. Then after my scope I didn’t even get speaking to the doctor. Even though Dr Morrison had told me he would talk to me afterwards. I was also still drowsy when they told me to go home. So overall very disappointed when paying privately.
It was 5 star from start to finish. It was a warm welcome smile on arrival, and every one was one crossed our path was warm with a smile. Every one who came in contact with me was very professional, informative and reassuring. Which put me at ease. My team of professionals were excellent and did an amazing job. A procedure which I dreaded became a simple and easy procedure and done well. Recommend this place to everyone
