The concept was fine and convenient for me. But when I became severely ill and unable to exercise, I had to put my membership on hold for many month, and had to renew this "membership-pause" regularly. At some point I missed it and it took me a little more than a month to figure i out, and Loop charged me 3 full months of membership, while I was not able to exercice, due to health reason. I therefor canceled my membership. Loop wouldn't hear anything about the fact that it was not my wish to not exercice, but a serious health reason. They cynically offered me a month for free if I ever came back, but nothing is less sure that my health allowing me to go back to training, actually. Money before morals, obviously won't recommend.
Bad battery autonomy We had a very bad experience with the centurion roadie e-bike. These bikes are offered to have a minimum of 50km autonomy so we had planned our bicycle tour based on that information. However the battery ran out of power after 25km of use (switching from low/medium electrical assistance). So obviously we were very surprised and disapointed about this rental - something was definitely wrong with the battery. A normal customer care would have offered a commercial discount or at least a partial refund as we could not use the bike as we expected. I asked them to do so - and as they felt "threatened" with this ask- they never did nothing for compensation - which is the reason why I am giving 1 star here
