I completed a Level 4 and Level 5 Law diploma with LSBR, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. While they did provide some written notes for each unit, there were absolutely no classes, no lectures, and no proper interactive learning. Essentially, I was left to do the majority of the coursework with minimal support beyond those notes.Despite paying for the course in full and repeatedly asking if there were any outstanding balances or late fees that needed settling so I could receive my certificate, I received no meaningful response. Eventually, I found I could no longer log into my account at all, as it simply stated that my account could not be found.When I tried to contact the accounts team and found their email was no longer working, I called and informed them about the issue. In response, they provided me with an alternative email address, the CEO's email; to send my queries. However, even after contacting that email multiple times, I still received no response. I also called over ten times last week alone with no success.Ultimately, I just want my certificate. If there are any late fees, I am willing to pay them. If they cannot provide my certificate, they should refund all the money I have paid from the start. If neither of these things happens, I will have no choice but to file a civil suit.Furthermore, I am prepared to report LSBR to the appropriate authorities because this is essentially fraud. I know I am not the only one experiencing this. I will report them to Qualifi UK and Ofqual, since this diploma is certified by Qualifi and governed by Ofqual. They need to know that this institution is not delivering what it promised.LSBR needs to either give me my certificate or refund my money, or I will escalate this further.
