The accommodation and spa was really good and the parkland golf courses and facilities are exceptional. On the downside all the communication is exclusively in Danish, including emails and text messages with reservation information, which is not so welcoming for international guests. Check-in information is a bit light too, for example they should tell you where the golf clubhouse is relative to the accommodation (a map would be ideal), as you actually have to drive several kilometres from most of the houses, so we lost alot of time looking for the clubhouse which is actually way too far away to walk to with a bag of clubs. Also, for some reason we were given sheets for single beds, rather than for a double bed that our lodging was equipped with, so that wasn't very practical. On the whole I would recommend this destination if you love golf, nature and tranquility but the I would say the customer service could be improved.
A wonderful place surrounded by nature and tranquility. It’s truly worth visiting if you enjoy peaceful environments and want a relaxing stay with family or loved ones. Without a doubt, it’s also an excellent destination for golf enthusiasts. Thank you to the entire team for your great effort and the well‑maintained facilities.
Great stay at Lubker Resort ! We had a "spa stay" over there and tried the play&pay at the golf. It is definitely worth the price ! The spa are is huge, great quality, great treatment. We will come back ! The golf was very fun, good for beginners, challenging without being overwhelming.
