Really slow to respond. Take money then leave you hanging. Sort out requirements first then take payment. Wish had read all the Negative reviews First. You have been warned

Placed an order it’s now stuck on clinical every time I chase they keep saying send a photo so I do then nothing till I chase again then get told send some ID 3 times now and still nothing. Now I am being ignored. I left them last August because of bad customer service I should have trusted my gut and not tried them again

Oder number 09bdb191. I ordered a 5mg pen of moungaro on the 1/01/26 . The following day I then submitted the details of the same product but cheaper with a different company. Medexspress do have a price promise.I submitted everything they required according to their website. I have had no response? I then submitted a complaint regarding this . NO response yet again . Extremely disappointing. I will not use Medexspress again . I will now report them to trading standards

Ordered on 8 December and have not received my order now 3th January, I put a complaint on there site and gets taken down.
