GBGBI paid for my order on 13 July 2025. They asked me too many questions and asked me to provide test reports and prescription. This was provided by me immediately. On 17 July someone called me and asked me more questions. She said someone will contact me soon. But nobody contacted me so I sent them an email. On 21 July, I received an email stating “Your consultation was declined by the Prescriber following your telephone conversation on 17th July” Waste of 8 days of my life. I was left without medicines for 8 days. If you had informed me earlier, I would have shopped elsewhere.

Yes, the medical questionnaire is very rigorous but it's very necessary before they can issue a prescription. Their procedures are clear and concise and the follow-up emails provide additional information and assistance. A great all-round service!
