Edit to add: I've had no contact from them in response to this review. I ordered a watch, I then got no updates on anything so I contacted them. Only then did they tell me it needed to be cancelled and that he had "processed a refund". He then went on to say that I will get a refund once it has been processed. I said "Didn't you just process it?" I then got a really arsey response of "well I cancelled it which will trigger a refund, I though you would get that". I then reordered the watch, which had gone up in price now. Paid for faster delivery to have it turn up with a completely incompatible charger for another brand. So now left with a watch I can't use until they bother to send out a new charging cable or I purchase one myself.
