GBGBWanted to give a massive thank you to Nick who helped save the day with a last minute Christmas order. We explained to Nick that another company had failed to deliver the same item we ordered with them which meant we were stuck without a present two days before Christmas. Nick went out of his way to hand pick the item and then sent it out immediately for next day delivery and it arrived today!! meaning our child definitely has the present they've been banging on about (no pun intended). We didn't get this treatment from any other local music shops that we tried.Thank you! Great customer service, they went above and beyond.

DO NOT RENT an instrument unless short term. Be very careful with Norman’s rental scheme which claims to be ‘affordable’ I rented a flute and paid £15 a month, at the end of the rental period I had paid £360 for a flute which costs £139.99. I was also charged for a repair when I shouldn’t have been. Unless you are hiring for a short amount of time (3 months) do not hire an instrument. Look at how much the instrument costs in total before renting.
