Using the switch tool Inside my last 30days prompted OneStream to threaten me with £174 early termination fee's despite my contract ending on the 1st of AprilMy BB was ordered on the 1st of April 2025, it went live on the 15th I initiated the switch on the 16th of March 2026. I have no equipment of theirs, my next bill I see in the portal is for a full month 1st of April to 31st of April.Looking forward to the "bill" after that assuming they give a breakdown of why the exit fee is disproportionality high in my honest opinion.Avoid this company if this is how they operate.
