The engineer who attended my home, carried ID, to put me at ease. He was professional, courteous and friendly, thoroughout his time here. He asked questions to better understand the repair. What l thought was a simple repair (seal had gone on the fridge door of my fridge freezer), despite only purchasing it four months ago from Curry's, was actually a more complicated job.The pin that aligns the fridge door to close tightly, as there's a slight pull on closing the door, due to the magnetised lining within the door frame had dislodged, completely. He found this out whilst examing the fridge door. He was very knowledgeable about the repair, and got to work immediately. I watched in awe, as the engineer began the task of aligning the pin back into position. It was more complicated and very complex, more than l anticipated, as it affected the freezer door also having to be disconnected from its pinned position, that the fridge door could be pinned back in place. He worked efficiently and effectively, as it took some time to get the pin positioned correctly, as he had to keep checking the fridge door as he went along, making sure it closed tightly like it should.He was competent and very thorough. An asset to Pacifica. I would highly recommend this company to repair my fridge freezer, anytime. We could do with a lot more electrical appliance engineer's like the engineer l had today. He knew what he was doing, and that alone puts you at ease.
