Had a new bathroom installed, work took a little longer than anticipated but communication was excellent. Was notified what would be happening amd how things were being done. Steve from p.a and Clare from Pilon were brilliant, contant check-ins and calls round to check progress and if anything needed sorting or rectifying they sorted it. All contractors weee friendly and efficient and cleaned up well after their visits. Overall im happy with my bathroom and service i received feom all involved. Thankyou.

Linda Robinson was incredibly helpful. She took her time to support me and truly listened. I contacted her regarding my rent arrears on a very difficult day, as I had just lost my mum suddenly and I was completely broken. Linda showed so much compassion and kindness, and she really helped me feel calmer and supported during such a painful time. She is very professional, caring, and supportive, and she truly deserves a big star.
Ongoing repair query. I have now rang 3 times regarding the outside security lights being out causing the whole complex being in darkness from 4.30 onwards, this started on 15th January, I started phoning on the Friday ( still takes at least half an hour to get through) and was told it was an emergency due to the nature of the circumstances. Someone came out that afternoon but did not have the ladders to sort the problem. I waited till after the weekend to phone again and was told it had been noted and that the company dealing with the process had been informed once more. I phoned once more today 21st January and the person said he would phone the company while i was on the phone, he tried for 20 mins to contact this company without avail as he couldn't get an answer, so nothing resolved again
