GBGBI requested a repair kit to deal with some scuff marks. The website states that the colour can be matched from your registration plate details. The kit was received on 2nd January and it was obviously the wrong colour. I telephoned the company and was then told that my registration details were not on their system. Strange that they had sent me an e-mail confirming a colour match. I have now been asked to provide photos of the car, the scuffs and their own paint repair capsule....! Needless to say, I will not be bothering. If anyone is planning on using this outfit, I would strongly recommend you be aware of the exact colour code for your vehicle. You can then confirm that with your order. Do not rely on their matching system, despite what they say.
