I passed my driving test with one driver fault. Perfect instructor, got my manoeuvres and driving bang on and driving safely for the rest of my life. Would recommend if you want to pass quick👍
Have been scammed by passngo. Initially my lessons were all cancelled to which I had to request to change instructor. Booked in for my theory with them to them arranging it in a completely different city to where I lived and couldn’t commute to, when asked to cancel it so I could book my own they didn’t reply for 2 months. I cancelled lessons I had booked in as this company is a shambles. Now I’m being told it’s no refunds even tho they haven’t provided me with driving lessons or theory. I escalated the situation and was told this would be dealt with in 28 days. It’s been over 3 weeks since I last had an email from them. Can’t get hold of them over the phone. Don’t reply to emails. Will be reporting this company to trading standards as I have all the evidence of them failing to provide the service that I paid for, failing to provide adequate customer service, and failing to resolve the issue at hand. Also reported to the bank for a refund, again having all the evidence that their own terms and conditions haven’t been met by themselves. Paid for this back in November and it is now February with still no resolution
I had been having lessons with Mohammad Rahman since September. They were going okay, he was a bit unprofessional at times, telling me he speeds and flips off drivers. He told me some factually incorrect stuff too like all give way signs are only put up when someone dies on a road. And he was regularly late, without making up the time at the end or in following lessons. But I managed to learn the basics of driving with him. I had booked my driving test for February in advance, and booked use of his car. Come February 4th, 3 weeks before my test, he cancels ALL future lessons - 24hrs prepaid, including use of the car for my test. I am now unable to complete my test. But moreover, Mohammad claims I screamed at him and that was the reason he cancelled. This never happened! And if I had, why would it take 9 days for him to cancel the future lessons? Surely you’d cancel the day after such an incident - not 12 hours before my next lesson with him. So now I obviously try to find a new driver or get a refund - Pass n Go inform it’s a 6 week waitlist!!! (After sitting on hold on the phone for 35 minutes) So I’ve asked for my money back. They said they can refund me 20hrs but not the 4hrs because they were bought outside of a 14 day period - I bought them all on the same day though? So I’ll be getting that refunded through my bank. Waste of time overall. Should’ve started with a different instructor and driving school. I now can’t get another test date until July - 5 months later than I should’ve had my test.
