Brandon on web chat was very helpful and was able to help with my refund query. Dealt with quickly and professionally.

I’ve not yet reached the conclusion to my issue, but as far as customer service Webchats go this has been one of the easiest and least frustrating one I have ever had. It very quickly became apparent I had a human being (Brandon - Fantastic person) and my issue was dealt with superbly. Still remains to be seen if I get the refund I was promised. But so far I feel very positive about the whole interaction.

Offer next day delivery but didn’t deliver … blaming festive period with no apology! If they can’t deliver over busy periods they should remove the next day delivery option … completely misleading!
