my order came today and well packed as usual. your secure packaging method many companies need to learn from. thank you for being here in Stockholm. living in Sweden 30 years now from USA in NJ. I do load up with artvsupplies when I go home for a visit. it is 1/ 3 cost from here. I'd like to see more sales! happy new year Joy Bjork; not Birch!

Sly little company had my last review removed. Happy to provide email confirmation of all the following events as my previous review was removed. Every written is factual and verifiable: Avoid this company like the plague. As a former company owner myself I fully understand the implications of leaving a bad review however in this is 100% justified. Firstly, I purchased my item on pen store dot ie (your not allowed add links in reviews) This website is not based in Ireland. It gives the implication that it is an Irish based business and it’s 100% is not. I was happy to be shopping with an Irish business in the Black Friday sales. Turns out it’s based in Sweden. When I pointed this out to them that it was pretty dubious they were not transparent and not an Irish business they said to me ….sorry you missed that. What lovely customer service? Let’s gaslight customers. Secondly : Ordered €70 worth of artists colouring pencils as a Christmas present on the 28th of November. Parcel has still not arrived. Customer service have refused to help in any logical manner. Parcel delivery date has changed on repeat. Delivery was meant to be the 3rd of December. I’ve gotten absolutely no help from them. I get a random email from UPS stating they require an access code to my house. There is no access code to my house. Amazon managed to find it every other day. No driver ever attempted delivery ….verifiable by my door bell camera. As somebody who used to own a company, I told them the best option at this point is for them to retrieve their parcel and refund me. They told me they would then be charging me €20 to cancel a parcel and have it retrieved and call it a refused delivery. Correct me if I am wrong, but you would have to have some form of a delivery to refuse it. Regardless it is free to retrieve a parcel still in transit as a business owner when you have an account with a courier and absolutely not my problem. Customer service did not contact me from Wednesday until I contacted them again today Friday. Regardless at this point they’re in fringing my rights as a customer under European law. I have 14 days to cancel an order. I told them to cancel it on Wednesday and retrieve it. The order has not been delivered. There’s been no attempted delivery and they are refusing to refund me and attempting to charge me for cancelling an order, which at present could be anywhere. I had hoped for a more succinct appropriate customer based solution from pen store, however they have chosen to be pretty rude and unhelpful and I as the customer have had to chase them, so I’ve even left with no other option but you call my bank provide them with all communications and dispute the transaction. Well done pen store you have really earned your 1 star.
