I bought a sofa from Poltronesofà in Brussels, and from the very beginning it had a very loud and abnormal noise. We contacted customer service immediately. After around five months, a technician finally came to inspect the sofa and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, another month has now passed, and the sofa has still not been replaced. We have not been contacted, nor given any clear timeline or update. This experience has been extremely frustrating. A sofa is a major purchase, and waiting over six months with no proper follow-up or communication is unacceptable. The product quality and, especially, the after-sales service do not meet the expectations set by the brand although we have purchased additional warranty. I would not recommend Poltronesofà Brussels based on this experience, unless significant improvements are made in customer service and responsiveness.
