GBGBGreat quality product and price definitely recommend
GBGBThe order and delivery was excellent but the Rak series 600 WC is definitely poorer quality than previous Rak WC ordered. After a few weeks use their is frequent staining at and under water level which is npt good and requires a lot of cleaning. We have a rimless Rak in another bathroom, a rimless model which is brilliant and unstained after several years use. Admittedly the 600 model was a lot cheaper so as the saying goes ‘ you get what you pay for’ but only realise afterwards !!! Note this is not a reflection of QS Supplies who we would recommend for all other products.
GBGBNo response to enquiry using their online form regarding product received. The basin taps (Hudson Reed) offered with lever or cross-head fitting but only rotate in opposite directions (suitable for lever not cross-head). Not mentioned in the spec. which says 'by rotating'. Very frustrating every day when used to the valves operating in one direction for hot and cold like all other taps in my property. QS Supplies couldn't be bothered to deal with my issue!
