My jumbo bag order was scheduled for delivery on 27 Feb 2026 but did not arrive. I received no SMS / call / email from TPN which is the delivery company regarding the delivery window. I called QGS support team four times on that day from morning till afternoon to request an ETA. Finally, I received an SMS at 15:47 from QGS, not TPN, stating a delivery window of 15:00–17:00. But the delivery never arrived, and no one contacted me again. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication and reliability throughout this process. I chose QGS in good faith based on the strong Trustpilot rating, but this has been the worst experience I have had with a delivery service. I sent the complaint to support email without response and don't know what is next, no contact, no refund, just nothing so far.

Soil is absolutely fabulous, no stones, weeds and dry. Driver very helpful, chatty and thoroughly pleasant.
