Really bad at handling complaints! It has taken a month so far and the case is not closed yet. It is simply too bad! When you sell expensive goods, your service should follow, it is really a lot of money to spend without knowing where the case will end. I am really tired of royal design!
Not just BAD service... no service. I bought around $300 worth of merchandise have received no update or response from Royal Design. This is an ON GOING months long issue. To others, this is criminal!! Before you buy, read their customer service hours below. Ordered an item 5 weeks ago with a 2-3 week delivery date. I still did not receive it, and when I ask on the chat they cant give me and anser and just say they will come back - and don't do so...
Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. Money withdrawn a week ago. No information. When I contact them they informed me that my order "Christmas present" would not be delivered until end of January. Not acceptable. NB; Customer service and return of money was good.
