The absolute WORST supplier I have used in a very long time. Ordered a glass white board. Package came with massive holes in it and the Whiteboard was in a million pieces. It was so obvious to us that the whiteboard was in bits we videoed opening it!!! So the driver that left it should have know as well. Contacted their customer service (chat) who then told me to log an email ticket. The refused to collect the damaged package so we had to pay for disposal. They agreed to refund us. They went quite. We chased then asking for the refund - They then asked us to send all the pics AGAIN and treated the ticket as if hey had never gotten the 3 vids we had sent them. They are a DISASTER - Steer very very very very clear of them!!! Have vids and docs to verify the exchange for anyone that might consider using them. Oh! and their customer service Number does not work so beware of reviews that claim they spoke to customer service!!!
Do not use this company‼️ I ordered whiteboard tape, which is not expensive, admittedly, but the use to which it was being put would have been very profitable. I waited a week for its delivery, and not having received it I telephoned customer service. They told me that on the tracker. It was down as four delivery today. It did not arrive and so the following day I rang them after figuring out how to use their track and trace myself. They lied! It was not down on track and trace for delivery by UPS in fact, UPS that they never even received the package. They lied.‼️‼️ They told me their warehouse was not in the UK and would not receive the product this week‼️ I cancelled it‼️
Order did not arrive. I phoned local number and was assured I would have it within a couple of days. No delivery! After weeks and weeks of waiting for a 'promised' refund........no refund yet! I think this must be a scam company?
Order not delivered and no response from customer service to my emails. I contacted Evri directly and have been told that my parcel has been lost...
