We went in the Scandichotel Aulanko for the father's day. It was the worst experience ever. I don’t recommend it to anyone. The service at the reception was extremely poor and unprofessional. The people at the desk don’t care about the clients — they only care about getting the money, as they told me themselves when I went to explain my situation.
Scandic Neptune Bergen, Monastic double room, luckily there was a bed. Scandic Hafjell Oyer (Norway) terrible breakfast service and poor quality. I asked the kitchen manager why there were no croissants and she told me that croissants are available after 9:00 AM. Crazy!! The tour groups all leave at 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM. Unprofessional.

Scandic Laajavuori Jyväskylä, stay for 5 days in a room without air conditioner, no windows to get fresh air and a temperature of 30° outside. Went to restaurant and had to wait more than an hour for an Hamburger. Moreover, on Saturday August 2nd, none came to clean my room. Disgusting service and a very bad experience that none should repeat again…👎👎👎
