Item arrived damaged and it took 2 weeks for a response to arrive from Ship It. That was at the end of February.Im still waiting for my refund.Avoid at all cost

Ordered from this company through Amazon. Item wasn't for me so returned it, they received my item back on 2nd March and stated a refund would take 7-10 working days. Today is 31st March and I'm still fighting for a refund. Unbelievable considering they happily took my money instantly and it's taken almost a month and still not issued a refund. I paid for signed return also so it clearly shows they have received it back. If you value customer service, please avoid this company. I assume all their employees wear striped jumpers and masks when taking orders.
