WritingI had a very disappointing experience with Silvan.I purchased two bathroom furniture items. For one of them, I didn’t open the box very neatly, and they refused to accept the return because of that, even though the product was not installed or used. For the second item, which was completely unopened, they accepted the return — but I still have to pay for the shipping myself.From what I understand, the manufacturer usually withholds 25% of the amount in case of a return, but it appears that Silvan covers this fee. In that case, I don’t think it’s fair that I should also have to pay for return shipping.In my opinion, this is one of the worst websites to shop from online. If you buy from them, you have to be absolutely sure you want to keep the product, otherwise it can turn into a very costly mistake. Ordering online is a terrible experience.Gabriela
