I'm giving 5 stat as a brand new customer but before I start I want to say the waiting times are too long and something that needs to be looked at by Yourselves. I had a payment issue that took me around 4 hours to sort after speaking to 4 different staff. I would say that 3 hours of that was holding on the phone. The staff I spoke to were absolutely fantastic and in particular a massive big up to Hannah, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and definitely deserves a reward for her amazing service!
Genuinely upbeat after phone call from Billy (William) after a stumble in renewal notice. Took time to listen and genuinely wanted to look for a better deal. Came back and checked that the policy would fit our requirements and suggested policy upgrades. Thank you for the deal and your time today.
