I attempted to place a B2B order on January 28th. Since their webshop cannot handle VAT-exempt (EU) orders automatically, I was forced to complete the purchase manually through an employee. I provided a screenshot of my basket with the current prices, and was promised a VAT-free invoice "ASAP." It took 14 days and several follow-up emails from my side to get a response. When the invoice finally arrived, the prices had increased. Despite having written documentation of the prices from the day I initiated the purchase, the company refused to honor the original quote. It is highly unprofessional that a customer is forced to pay for a price hike caused solely by the company’s own 14-day delay and technical limitations. If this is the level of service provided to new customers trying to spend money, I would be very concerned about how they handle returns or warranty claims. I have chosen not to complete the order and will take my business elsewhere.

This is a review of my review I wrote earlier! There was a mistake due to human error in my order and delivery from Swedendro. I bought a device from webpage, but got an empty package delivered! Buying was easy, shipment came very fast from Sweden to Finland and was delivered to my home. When I opened the shipment box I was chocked since the box of the device was empty. I felt that I have been scammed. I wrote immediatelly to a company (and a bad review here in the Trustpilot webpage). I got an polite and reasonable reply next morning – they had just picked up a wrong box for delivery. I also noticed that a new delivery was already on its way to me. So it clamed me down and made me believe that this was an just a result of an human error. Well, in the end it seems that this really really is a reliable and trustworthy. I'm not giving 5 stars though, since this mistake costs me some difficulties in my work since the tool I needed is not yet here.
I ordered an item for about 2280 kroner including shipping to Denmark. The sales terms said all prices were in Swedish krona and they were only listed as 'kr' and 'kroner' on the entire site. The company charged my order in Danish kroner. I contacted the firm and they said I had been on the Danish version of the site, but the sales terms were the same on the Danish site. It said all prices were in Swedish krona and all prices were listed as 'kr' and 'kroner'. Not Swedish or Danish kroner. Also the only way you knew you were in a Danish site were the URL. One place it says '(...)/dk/(...)' The company changed the sales terms after I contacted the company and now it says the prices can be in different currencies depending on the version of the site. I would like the company to honor their own sales terms and correct the currency in which I placed my order. 2280 Swedish kr not 2280 Danish kr. I have pictures/screenshots that show I am on the Danish version of the site and it shows a price of 2077 kroner for the item.
Ordered packed and shipped within a few hours. You can’t get much better than that. I managed to finish my epoxy table just a few days later you guys are the best.
