GBGBI have been a customer of terrisales for several years i always would recomend this company. Today i was in the blanchardstown shop where a mere sales assistant was extremely rude to me and refused to sell me the alphaparf colour i have been buying in terrisales shops for years. I am shocked at the level of rudeness i recieved today needless to say i shall take my custom elsewhere and shall never recomend this company again
IEIEI had a bad experience at Terrisales Salon Supplies today. I went there to buy an Igora product, but the attendant was rude and unhelpful. She said the product could only be sold to salon professionals, but the way she spoke was very disrespectful. She seemed unhappy and annoyed to deal with customers. Terrible customer service — I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
