Both my partner and I had an incredible experience during our fertility journey. In April, I had a pelvic ultrasound conducted in Derby by Ben, and it was outstanding. He was informative, empathetic, and highly professional. Today, my partner underwent a test/scrotum scan. Although he was initially anxious, the service was again remarkable. The staff were kind and attentive, with Louise being particularly exceptional. She provided us with valuable insights from the scan, making the whole process reassuring and comprehensive.

We were very nervous for our early viability scan due to a previous miscarriage but we were instantly put at ease with Jess who found our baby’s heartbeat immediately. Couldn’t fault the day, was perfect and everything we wanted it to be. They also send your pictures and videos to you for you to save on your phone plus physical pictures! The whole clinic itself is also very warm and welcoming if you are nervous. Highly recommended! We will definitely be going back for our 3d scan :)
Very disappointed. Paid for a 3d scan, sonographer couldn’t get a decent picture, advised to rebook which I did. Same thing happened, sonographer only checked briefly & said I could get a refund. Contacted the company several times over the last few months with zero response. Really unprofessional, wouldn’t not use again or recommend.
I attended Ultrasound Direct in Birmingham for a private scan. While the scan itself was fine, the administrative handling afterward has been unacceptable. I was not provided with a proper detailed receipt or invoice. On the day of my appointment, I specifically asked for one and was told this was not possible due to the lack of a printer, and that the confirmation I received would be sufficient. My insurance company has since confirmed that it is not acceptable. I have contacted Ultrasound Direct to request a detailed receipt by email and have received no response. This has left me unable to submit my insurance claim. For a private medical provider, I expect clear communication and the ability to provide a basic invoice when requested. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
