I ordered Dec 9th with a promise of delivery by Dec 21 at the latest. Its Dec 24 and nothing. Cant reach anyone and the UniUni delivery service is worthless. NEVER again. Dec 30 Response to uncommon goods. My husband ordered, Bob Prochaska. We sent an email on Dec 24 and uncommon sent us one bsck Dec 26. He called the cust service # in the email on Dec 26. They admitted it was lost and we choose to have another resent. We did receive another email but it had no way to track the 2nd item. As of Dec 30 we have no idea if/when it is supposed to arrive.

I ordered a gift for a friend in the Midwest on December 17, for delivery by December 24. It is now scheduled for January 2, so it didn't arrive by Christmas and my friend has left for two months. Uncommon Goods refunded shipping, but won't refund for the order or waive shipping fees for a replacement. Customer service is pretty unyielding. If I don't get a good outcome, I won't be ordering from them again although I like their products.
I ordered a very expensive, customized sports book from them. When it arrived, the customization was cut off and only partially printed. I immediately contact them for a refund, and they convinced me to let them reprint it. We had a couple of weeks to Christmas, so I agreed that I would wait for another if it arrived by the 18th. Of course, it did not arrive by the 18th, and when it did arrive two days late, the EXACT SAME PRINTING ERROR was on the book. It was a repeat of the first problem. Unbelievable, so I'm out a Christmas gift, at least a couple of hours worth of time going back and forth with customer service, and I'm tremendously disappointed. Will be my last Uncommon Goods order for sure.

I was excited to see some quite good gift ideas on the website but after ordering something it seems no progress has been made in the shipping I'm still hoping it arrives before Christmas but I don't have much faith unfortunately even with the expedited shipping which costed twice the amount.
