I contacted UU as I was having difficulty viewing my online statements. I don't have a computer only my phone. I'm 72 and eyesight not as good as it use to be. I requested paper statements which they agreed too. Customer service is first class. Plus a bonus of being able to contact them using WhatsApp.
I called to close my account due to a house move, wasn’t waiting long for an advisor at all and spoke to the lovely Dawn Eilbeck who got everything sorted with no problems and let me know everything needed. House moves are stressful so getting an advisor who is really informative and helpful just makes things that little easier. Thanks again Dawn.
Poor service and dirty water comes. No response on their phone lines.
