You wait at home all day and you get and email while you're at home that you've been unable to receive the package, without a bell ring or a phone call. And not even the truck coming close by. That's a complete scam and total mess, dear sellers don't use this company to send your packages.

Horrible experience. Package meant for Austria got delivered to Australia and is currently stuck in Australian customs. For context - this was an Express Shipment. Furthermore terrible customer service - lack of urgency, short, nonsense answers, completely frustrating. Never again.

I payed 10 euros for delivery and courier just brought it to post! I was waiting whole day at home and they wrote me email that they couldn’t deliver!
