GBGBVery happy with our purchase of the PhotoPro Ultimate back in July, as it has allowed me to implement a smooth and fast workflow for my photo editing. There have been a couple of occasions on which we communicated with Barry and Marc, and they were very attentive, helpful, and courteous. The issues were minor and caused by external factors.
GBGBI can't recommend Utopia Computers highly enough.... I decided to buy from them because they appeared to be the only company I could find paying more than lip service to photo editing PC's. I considered buying the photo editing YouTube addition but wanted advise on one or two changes to the spec. Craig and I exchanged several emails in which he considered what I wanted and presented several different options. PC delivered in about 7 days! What made me even more satisfied was the after sales service. There was a problem with the PC on delivery. I emailed Sean who had built the machine. He problem solved the issue and ran through what to do. He responded to each email response exceptionally quickly. It transpired the RAM had come loose in transit (These things happen and no fault of Utopia). Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone
GBGBDelighted with my new purchase. I needed a new photo editing PC to run Photoshop, as my old computer was now struggling and so slow to process files. With a budget of 1K, I went for the PhotoPro Advanced with AMD Ryzen 7. Wow what a difference, the whole setup is perfect and processing speed is amazing. I estimate, its increased my work output threefold saving so much time. Thanks guys!
GBGBI used Utopia Computers last week for the first time and I cannot recommend them more highly. There was an intermittent fault with my laptop and I fully expected to have to leave my laptop for a few days, at least, but they looked at my laptop straight away and managed to fix the problem within 20 minutes. I was very impressed with the professional service I received.
