I only give a 1 becasue I cannot give a zero. I have bought products from this company many times over the last few years without any issues. My last order has been a nightmare. I ordered two items: one of the items arrived within two days, the next item is still showing as 'on route' - this is three weeks after purchase. Try to call them, you have more chance of winning the lottery than anyone answering. I've emailed twice and simply receive a generic response with a complaint number stating not to reply. In effect, this is theft and I will be reporting to my bank, such a shame, they used to be a good company but now, they take your money, don't provide the goods then stop you from contacting them.J1
I emailed them about about a faulty product and never go a response.I communicated with their AI agent looking for an exchange. They only offer returns and its a complicated process. The case they sold me is already falling apart less than three months after I bought it. Its advertised as robust.
It has been 3 days since the company replied to my review saying they would be "in touch shortly," but I have heard NOTHING. No email, no call, and still no refund. This proves their reply was just for show and they have no intention of solving the problem.I am now done waiting. If my full refund is not processed today, I am moving forward with a Chargeback via my bank and filing a report with Trading Standards UK.
