Utterly useless! Our experience has been problem after problem. Most recently we have been trying to update our expired credit card to pay our monthly bill. Vodafone has made this impossible because it will not allow us to download its app. Quite extraordinary to find a company that actively prevents you from paying them. There are plenty of alternatives. I cannot see Vodafone surviving much longer.
Not clear on cancellation charges. Had a faulty portable modem device, returned and they kept charging me plus wanted a cancellation fee despite telling them that the device was faulty and I was not happy with its performance. 1 year on after leaving Itsly they keep sending me emails saying that I owe them money. Paid the final bill before Christmas, I asked them to send me an email confirming the account was closed and then they send me a new bill in January 2026. Absolutely ridiculous, no tranparency, poor communication, a never ending contract. This should not be happening in a developed country.

Low quality and low service, and extra cost for your plan. Not recommended.
