Arrived swiftly. Very pleased with cover. It fits well and seems good quality.

When we walked in, we were greeted by Wado, who was very polite and welcoming. He asked if we would like a drink while we looked around the store. We mentioned that we were looking for a pergola in a specific size, and Wado took the time to explain the different types they had available before directing us to view some in-store displays.We found one we really liked, and they had it in the exact size we needed — 3m x 2.4m. We placed our order and are now waiting for delivery.Great store with plenty of choice on display and excellent customer service throughout.

Five star service from order to delivery and fitting. This is our second purchase from White Stores and couldn’t be happier. Our fitters today, Adam and Paul worked in 30 degree heat to get the job completed. They have done an amazing job, thank you!

Perhaps they should spend as much on genuine customer interactions as they do AI / marketing. For 3 days their product was showing the incorrect price and then sold out despite it showing as in stock it would not let me add to cart. I rang up, and I was told I’d get a phone call when the issue was resolved. I rang back up 3 days later, to be told it was sorted but was now actually sold out and not due back until June 30th. Continuously lead to try and self service my issue rather than just getting help, you cannot give money away to this company it’s ridiculous. So frustrating and now I’d have to wait 5 weeks if I want what I should have been able to buy at the time but the gentleman could not be bothered ringing me. Avoid if you value a company that cares.
