Got locked out of my account for not paying for a MONTH because I was busy with a family emergency and had problem with bank.. Have no way of getting back in. Xero does not accept email and there is no way to contact support when you are suspended. It blocks you from putting in your organization name so wont let you connect to support. What a hassle.
The response was quick and very helpful. Everytime I have to pay super, there is these old accounts that keeps popping up which is very annoying. So when I decided to ask for assistance, Xero responded so quickly and the instructions are very precise. Now I don't see those old super payment.
Haroon was amazing, he was able to quickly identify where I got stuck and really helped me a lot. The issue was something simple I didn't understand and he was patient and friendly! Thank you so much! I very much am enjoying Xero, it's a fantastic program for my small business!
